| Was upgraded on both occasions -December 13 and January 2 which was nice. The speakers in the bathroom are a nice touch. However I left a hairbrush in the room the first time around and enquired twice when I returned and as far as I know nothing was done with my request. |

| It was a great stay definently great for if you are leaving from the airport. Only disadvatage is the tube ride to the middle of london is apprx 45 min* which doesnt' work well if you are only staying there for London. But all in all it was a relaxing wonderful stay. I am deffinently staying there again when I travel out of Heathrow. *Please note: Heathrow Express train runs every 15 minutes from Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station (central London) and is a 15 minute journey- approx £12 - regards Hotels London |
